PERSONALPatty is extremely reliable. She is also very considerate and caring. I find her workouts to be not only thorough but challenging. For example, when we first started together I could only do a straight legged push-up with the aide of a large blue exercise ball. She assured me that if I wanted to do it without a ball we could accomplish that together. She gave me the confidence to try and achieve that goal. It has been quite a few months since that first straight legged push-up without the aide of that ball. I never thought I could do it - Patty knew I could. That being said, she would never push me to do something I would not want to do. She is very mindful of "aches and pains."
Her workouts are also very creative. We rarely do the "normal" weight stuff. Instead, she incorporates boxing and strengthening moves along with weight training. The result is a workout that is fun and different. And, when I'm "not in the mood," says all the right stuff to make me get into the session. L.D. I found her to be very knowledgable and helpful in designing an exercise program for me that fit in with my outside therapy and took account of some severe arthritic issues. I also found her to be flexible and imaginative in designing new approaches when pain would have otherwise prevented me from exercising certain muscle groups.
