Together we take a non-clinical approach to helping you overcome practical and/or emotional obstacles to physical activity and healthier eating habits in your life.
The first step is to discover the obstacle(s). I ask you a few key questions*** to prompt a confidential conversation which leads to isolating the obstacle or obstacles. Once we accomplish that, I ask creative questions to address those obstacles and together we discover the changes you want to make at a pace that’s comfortable for you. .
One of the things that makes Extreme Moderation unique is that I don’t hand you MY pre-planned, off-the-shelf plan and tweak it for you. Rather, together we figure out what kind of physical activities and motivational tools work for your lifestyle, with your thoughts and input integral to both the process and your success. We then use the Extreme Moderation™ approach to implement those changes, ensuring a greater chance of accomplishing a lifetime of consistent physical activity and good eating habits.
